Advancya Fine Builders actively bids on private and public general construction jobs. Our team works closely with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and productivity. Our bid prices remain low because of our ability to optimize the ratio of subcontracted work and what we do ourselves, within the project specifications and delivery time-frame. Every project is studied meticulously before a price is submitted.
