Advancya Fine Builders employs a fundamentally unique Design/Build approach. Our approach endows the client with total control of the cost, without any sacrifice to the quality of the final product. This unique approach combines the best of traditional and modern approaches through four distinctive phases.

The first is the Construction Consulting Phase, which begins with conceptual discussions and budget, and preliminary selection of materials, means, and alternatives. Then the schematic design and preliminary budget, with anticipated cash flow projections. The final step is the selection of architectural and/or engineering design firms.

The second phase is the Design Phase. Here is where the actual architectural and engineering designs take place, along with detailed cost estimate and quality control. After any design modifications, there is the final project documentation.

Third is the Pre-Construction Phase. Now is when the building permits are obtained, as well as a final cost estimate. Construction schedules are set, and a cash flow report developed.

The fourth and final phase is the Actual Construction Phase. This phase includes mobilization, construction, and ultimate project completion.
